Project Tree Hole - We're here to assist
DCH Employee Assistance Program is supported by Hong Kong Family Welfare Society, who has over 70 years of professional experience in providing employee assistance services, to serve our DCH Hong Kong colleagues and their immediate family members. The services cover all the issues related to workplace, family, social and personal in forms of telephone and email counselling, face-to-face consultation, as well as clinical psychology.

Breakfast Meet & Greet for New Joiners
To welcome our new DCHers, Group Human Resources organizes the breakfast meet & greet every month by inviting new joiners for breakfast together at the company canteen of the DCH Kowloon Bay Building.
Colleagues gather together to know each other and managment representatives from different business units. After the breakfast gathering, there is an office tour and introduction about the new green, healthy, safe and caring workplace elements designed for our colleagues.
